Adobe Acrobat DC Unknown Error

Users will receive an ‘Unknown Error’ when trying to import an image file as a signature in Adobe Acrobat DC. This known issue also prevents users from converting images files to PDF using the Adobe right-click context menu.

Import the attached registry file onto the affected users PC to resolve

To import the .reg file, follow the steps below

Save the .reg file onto the user's PC
Right-click on the .reg file then choose Merge
Click Run
Click Yes
On the ‘Are you sure you want to continue screen’ click Yes
Once the keys and values have been successfully added, click Ok
